The Service scans connected email accounts (with your explicit permission) to automatically detect subscription-related communications and extract relevant details such as service names, billing amounts, and renewal dates.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any connected email accounts. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Unbilled is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Email Access

By connecting your email account(s) to Unbilled, you grant us read-only permission to access your emails for the sole purpose of detecting subscription-related content. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your email account from the Settings page.

You understand and agree that:

• •Email scanning is performed automatically based on your configured preferences
• •Only subscription-related metadata is stored; full email content is not retained

5. Accuracy of Information

Unbilled uses AI-powered analysis to detect subscriptions from your emails. While we strive for accuracy, the Service may occasionally miss subscriptions or detect false positives. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of detected subscription data and should not rely solely on Unbilled for financial decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
